Good article. The mind boggling question is: why can’t the steel frame of the country timely stop the plunderers of national resources. Accountability should be a continual process. The state is supreme and its resources whatsoever need to be protected round the clock. Freedom, independence and integrity of the state rests on constant vigilance. Periodic vigilance and hibernating accountability never helps. England took 300 years to transform into a strong democracy.
